  Member Registration and order form are required prior to the meeting to ensure your meal is prepared in a timely manner. We kindly ask that you register and fill the form below with your preferred food & beverage order on or before December 2, 2024. 
    
  Magnolia Order Form

  Registration & Order Form must be submitted no later than December 2nd. In the event of needing to cancel your registration you may do so by notifying Stacy Solis via email or phone call at the information listed below. Failure to cancel before or on said date, a $25 fee will be issued to your account.
