  Magnolia Order Form

  Registration & Order Form must be submitted no later than December 2nd. In the event of needing to cancel your registration you may do so by notifying Stacy Solis via email or phone call at the information listed below. Failure to cancel before or on said date, a $25 fee will be issued to your account. 

  
  

  

  Member Registration and order form are required prior to the meeting to ensure your meal is prepared in a timely manner. We kindly ask that you register and fill the form below with your preferred food & beverage order on or before December 2, 2024.

    Attention all LLUSCBA Members, let's Glitz & Glam For Holiday Cheer! The LLUSCBA Holiday Party is near and we love to celebrate with Holiday Cheer. Join us at our End of Year Holiday Party! Enjoy live music, exquisite dinner & dessert, plus a chance to win an awesome gift! 

  The deadline for registration is December 6th. We cannot process late registrations.  

  To cancel for a full refund, please notify Stacy Solis via email (admin@lluscba.org) or phone [(956) 307-3400] no later than December 11^th. Failure to cancel on or before said date will result in a $35 fee per late cancellation, including additional $35 non- refundable fees applied to each late-cancelled guest registration.
